MONTREAL, CANADA - Savytel attended Gitex 2004, the largest and most successful event of its kind in the Middle East for computing, communications systems and applications dedicated to the Information Technology industry in Dubai, from 3 - 7 of October, 2004.

This is the premier international exhibition in the region covering VoIP, IT Equipment, Hardware Systems, Telecommunication, Wireless & Networks, Software & Applications, Banking Technology & Financial Services, and Research & Development Technology. The exhibition attracted more than 100,000 visitors.

VoIP was clearly seen as one new major wave in the telecommunications industry. Savytel, with its range of VoIP product offerings and services catering both to end-consumers and business users, attracted a large number of visitors, among them entrepreneurs, business agents and governmental officials. Demonstrations and end-user trials of the VoIP calls to international destinations took place at the company booth.
