SavyTel
customers will call a telephone number corresponding to
Savytel Callback Gateway. The ANI of the caller will be
used to authenticate the caller. On the successful authentication,
SavyTel Callback system will setup a callback to the caller
who will be prompted via IVR to enter the telephone number
he wants to reach. SavyTel Callback system will then setup
a call between the user and the desired destination.
